Continuing to Learn, Preparing for the Next Opportunity

One thing I've learned throughout my career is that football never stands still, and neither should we.

Whether it's coaching qualifications, university studies, safeguarding, leadership or education, I believe every new qualification adds another tool that helps me better support players, coaches and the organisations I work with.

I'm pleased to have recently completed a 120-hour TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) course with Distinction. While I don't see myself as a traditional English teacher, the qualification strengthens my ability to work within international schools and multicultural environments, where communication and education often go hand in hand with football development.

Combined with my ongoing BSc (Hons) in Football Coaching & Administration and my UEFA B Licence, it's another step towards being as prepared as possible for future opportunities.

For me, learning has never been about collecting certificates. It's about becoming a better leader, a better educator and someone who can make a bigger difference wherever football takes me next.

The journey continues. ⚽🌍
